Time for some real talk about pregnancy!Kim Perez is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and owner of Root and Branch Nutrition, her integrative nutrition and wellness practice where she specializes in women’s health. After a long-winded history of working through her own health and hormone challenges as well as her complicated relationship with her weight and body image, Kim decided she needed to help other women do the same. the She opened her practice in 2015 with a passion to empower women to take control of their health, get rid of unnecessary stress and restriction, and learn how to truly nourish not only their bodies, but their minds and souls, too. Kim is currently 33 weeks pregnant with her first baby, and is now navigating this new journey of pregnancy and soon-to-be-motherhood, and is excited to integrate this work into her practice to help guide women through this beautiful, but often confusing, overwhelming, and stressful time.
